Our cutting edge environmental management firm is seeking a WOW!-minded individual who wants to get a foot in the door in the environmental industry.
The successful candidate should appreciate a fast-paced environment and be disciplined, creative, productive, organized, and detail-oriented. Database knowledge, writing, and desktop publishing experience a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the general manager with a multitude of miscellaneous tasks relevant to running the business side of a premier environmental company
• Assist the compliance specialist with a multitude of tasks relevant to running a health and safety program for a premier environmental company
• Perform safety audits
• Maintain training records
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports that are required by city, state and federal regulatory agencies (EPA, DEP, DEC, DOT, etc….)
• Performing data entry tasks
• General administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database proficiency
• Data entry experience
